Jacques Colle is an enterprise architect and IT governance expert, specialising in digital transformation, cloud architecture, security and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, AI Act, Data Act).
With an international and interdisciplinary background, he designs robust and scalable architectures, closely linked to business, technical and human issues.
With a PhD in philosophy of language, a background in commercial engineering and a diploma in Big Data, he combines meaning, strategy and technology in his work.
He has managed complex projects in the energy, finance, transport, pharmaceutical and public service sectors, leading multidisciplinary teams and structuring governance models.
He is certified in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, TOGAF, ArchiMate, CISM and Scrum Master.
A multilingual speaker of French, Dutch, English and Spanish, he regularly publishes on the links between language, artificial intelligence, architecture and decision-making.
Based in Leuven (Belgium), Jacques works across Belgium, France and internationally.
